I'm a clinical psychologist who is passionate about client-centered care, shared meaning making, curiosity, and creating space where people feel known, valued, and safe.

The care I provide is grounded in more than a decade of training and practice across academic medical centers, psychiatric care systems, and educational settings. My background gives me a nuanced understanding of how developmental experiences, physical functioning, emotions, and identity intersect, as well as a deep appreciation for the resilience and vulnerability that arise from both living through and witnessing struggle.

In addition to my clinical work, I help train budding psychologists, providing supervision and teaching clinical and assessment skills.

At its core, my work is about being truly with you, what is meaningful for you, and what happens in our process of exploring it together. In this way, we can engage with the things that may be intimidating to sit with alone. 

Starting therapy can stir up a host of feelings: nervousness, hope, curiosity, and sometimes relief. Wherever comes up, I'm here to join you in it. It's an honor to be invited along.
