FAQs

Have questions about what it's like to work together? Here are some common ones. If yours isn't answered here, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Do you offer in-person services?

Yes. I see clients in person several days each week.

Do you offer virtual services?

Yes. I see clients virtually who reside in Rhode Island and across the 43 states currently participating in PSYPACT. I can offer virtual care if you are physically in one of these locations during our meetings.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, I am currently in network with several major insurance carriers. Please feel free to reach out to discuss your plan details so we can determine if I am in-network for you.

What if I'm in crisis and need support?

I'm so glad you're seeking support. Right now, please use a crisis resource: call 911, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or go to your nearest emergency room.

I think we might be a good fit, what do I do now?

I’m delighted! Many people elect to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. This gives you a chance to get further sense of my style, lets us talk about what's bringing you in, and allows us to decide together where to go from there.
